Dumb question…by cocoa do they mean actual unsweetened cocoa powder for baking…or the stuff used in hot chocolate?
I want to make this, and I think I have both things downstairs, I’m just…not sure which to use…and using them both might throw off the recipe…
Or make it AWESOME.This is what I lived on in high school, except I used a LOT more cocoa… and I used the sweet kind, like for chocolate milk. I also added hershey’s syrup because I’m a BOSS. I think the recipe I modified was ‘cake in a mug’ but dude it doesn’t freaking matter JUST MAKE IT AND PUT IT IN YOUR FACE
